Thank you for keeping in mind that we carefully and intentionally plan retreat programming around each and every attendee, so we appreciate if cancellations only occur in dire situations. You are entitled to cancel your retreat booking until 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat in order to receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% can be used towards a retreat with Abbey & Annie (this does NOT qualify for transfer to other retreats at Wild Rice) within 1 year of the retreat. Due to our contractual obligation with the retreat center, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations received after 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat. You may change the name on your booking if you wish to transfer your reservation, but you are responsible for any transfer of costs.
